The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the Russian side on introduction for the period from August 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 of temporary quantitative restriction (quota) for import to the territory of the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances according to appendix.
2. Ask the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan to consider question of introduction of measure, the similar stipulated in Item 1 this Decision.
