About approval of Changes in Rules of registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine of the identity certificate on return to Ukraine

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.10.2007 No. 1200 "About modification of the Regulations on the identity certificate on return to Ukraine" and Item 7 of changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning protection of the documents and goods holographic protective elements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.02.2011 No. 86, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine of the identity certificate on return to Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of 19.12.2005 No. 226, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.01.2006 for No. 76/11950, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of consular service submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To department of the general secretariat to bring this order to the attention of deputy ministers of foreign affairs of Ukraine, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine and foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine who coordinates and controls activities of Department of consular service.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
