According to Item "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of control of concentration of subjects of managing the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED: 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of statements to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on preliminary receipt of permission to concentration of subjects of managing (Regulations on concentration) approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of 19.02.2002 No. 33-r, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.03.2002 for No. 284/6572, which are applied.

2. Provide to legal department this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of statements to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on preliminary receipt of permission to concentration of subjects of managing (Regulations on concentration)

1. To add Item 1.2 of Chapter 1 with the new subitem of such content:

"1.2.16. Benefit from property - obtaining or possibility of receipt of advantage of ownership, use or the order of property, in particular:

income from this property;

the non-property rights which follow from the property right to this property;

possibilities of use of this property".

2. To add subitem 3.9.12 of Item 3.9 of Chapter 3 with five new paragraphs of such content:
