of August 8, 2011 No. 867

Questions of release of products of medical appointment from taxation to value added

According to the subitem "an" of subitem 197.1.3 and subitem 197.1.27 of Item 197.1 of article 197 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of products of medical appointment which transactions on delivery are exempted from taxation on value added, according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 9, 2011 No. 785 "About the list of products of medical appointment which transactions on delivery are exempted from taxation on value added" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2011, No. 56, by the Art. 2248).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
