About approval of the Code of behavior of workers to whose functional obligations implementation of management of borders belongs

In pursuance of Item 10 of the National plan for accomplishment of the Action plan concerning liberalization of the visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 22.04.2011 No. 494, and for the purpose of cooperation increase and strengthening of responsibility in the field of management of borders it is ORDERED:

1. Approve the Code of behavior of workers to whose functional obligations implementation of management of borders which is applied belongs.

2. To State department for nationality, immigration and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Mamonov E. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of internal affairs of Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the chief of Head department of public service according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. Send this order on accessory.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
