For the purpose of strengthening of fight against organized crime and corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits by the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, bodies of financial police, service of special communication, criminal executive system, monitoring bodies of drugs and their families" of January 13, 1995 No. 12 the following amendment and change:

in Regulations on the procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, bodies of financial police, service of special communication, ugolovnoispolnitelny system, monitoring bodies of drugs and to their families approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add the subitem "g" of Item 3 with the paragraph forty third the following content:

"on service in divisions of law-enforcement bodies on fight against organized crime and corruption.";

- to declare the subitem "d" of Item 3 invalid.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of safety, law and order and defense capability of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
