in Rules of conducting financial and (or) technical examinations of activities of subjects of the natural monopolies approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 11 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) observes requirements of the legislation on natural monopolies and the controlled markets, public procurements, other regulatory legal acts;".
2. On regulation of natural monopolies (Ermakaliyev L. S.) to provide to department of strategic planning and summary analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
