About modification of Veterinary and health requirements to Items of purchase of milk from animals who contain in personal subsidiary farms of the population
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About safety and quality of foodstuff" and "About veterinary medicine", for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the state veterinary sanitary inspection and control concerning procurement and realization of raw commodity milk according to the international requirements I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of 21.03.2002 N 18 "About approval of Veterinary and health requirements to Items of purchase of milk from animals who contain in personal subsidiary farms of the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.04.2002 for N 337/6625, the following changes:
in the name and the text of the word "personal subsidiary farms of the population" in all cases shall be replaced with words "personal peasant economy" in the corresponding cases.
2. Approve Changes to Veterinary and health requirements to Items of purchase of milk from animals who contain in personal subsidiary farms of the population, the approved order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of 21.03.2002 of N 18, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.04.2002 for N 337/6625, which are applied.
3. To management of veterinary and sanitary examination and safety of foodstuff of the State committee of veterinary medicine (Semenchuk O. S.):
3.1. Provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
