About exchange of information for maintaining the State register of taxpayers and objects of taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2002 "About approval of Rules of forming and maintaining the State register of taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER to No. 579:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of exchange of information for maintaining the State register of taxpayers and the taxation objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

1. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Labour and social the populations of the Republic of Kazakhstan are sewn up, to provide strict observance of these rules.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Labour and social the populations of the Republic of Kazakhstan are sewn up:

1) to determine responsible persons for forming and information transfer in 10-day time from the date of signing of this Order:

To inform 2) on changes in the list of responsible persons no later than 3 days from the date of changes.

4. Consider No. 01/3902 which voided the joint order "About Exchange of Information for Maintaining the Single Automated Databank of the Taxpayer Registration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of 29.06.2001 MTISZN RK and of 06.08.2001 No. 1095 MGD RK.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population Umbetaliyev M. T. and Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rakhmetov N. K.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
