Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish rate for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo on border of balance sheet accessory of thermal networks:

1.1. in the amount of the 47th 804, 1 ruble for 1 Gcal for:

the housing and operational organizations in case of absence at these organizations in property (economic maintaining, operational management) of thermal networks on which transportation of heat energy for needs of the population is performed;

organizations of citizens builders, partnerships of owners;

the organizations having apartment houses in property (economic maintaining, operational management) and performing leave of heat energy for needs of the population;

religious organizations;

the organizations of health care providing medical care in stationary conditions, the prosthetic and orthopedic recovery centers and their structural and (or) separate divisions;

1.2. for the housing and operational organizations and other organizations in the presence in property (economic maintaining, operational management) of these organizations of thermal networks on which transportation of the heat energy for needs of the population released is performed:

the republican unitary enterprise of power industry Brestenergo, - in the amount of 41 904, 3 rubles for 1 Gcal;
