About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation concerning functioning of the security market and implementation of professional and exchange activity on securities I decide:

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529; 2008, No. 83, 1/9602; 2009, No. 159, 1/10809; 2010, No. 3, 1/11258; No. 275, 1/12092):

1.1.1. add Item with subitem 1.11 of the following content:

"1.11. the republican state body performing state regulation of the security market:

appeals to economic court with the action for declaration about recognition of the transaction invalid (factual determination of negligibility of the transaction) and application of effects of its invalidity in cases of detection of the transactions having negligibility signs according to part four of subitem 1.6 of this Item and (or) specified in paragraphs the third or eighth to part one of subitem 1.61 of this Item;
