About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of compensation payments and their implementation

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of compensation payments and their implementation approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2008 No. 168 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 40, 5/26765), changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).

Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of compensation payments and their implementation

1. By this Provision it is established procedure for determination of the amount of compensation payments for harmful effects on objects of fauna and (or) the circle for their dwelling when implementing construction, dredging or explosive works, mining or water plants, laying of cables, pipelines or other communications, production of other works on water objects (further - construction and other works), and also in cases when holding the actions provided in Items 2 and 3 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007 "About fauna" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, is not possible 2007, to No. 172, 2/1354).

2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are used:

basic density - quantity of individuals of wild animals in the specific territory prior to the beginning of the reproduction period (the birth of young individuals) per acre the territories;
