According to part 20 of article 322 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 N 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 48, 6252) I order to the Art.:
1. Approve the Procedure for write-off acknowledged hopeless to debt collection on customs payment (shortage), the penalty fee, percent which is registered as of January 1, 2010 for the organizations which answer signs of the invalid legal entity, according to the appendix N 1 to this order.
2. Approve the list of documents in the presence of which the decision on recognition of debt on customs payment (shortage), penalty fee, percent which is registered as of January 1, 2010 for the organizations which answer signs of the invalid legal entity, hopeless to collection and about its write-off, according to the appendix N 2 to this order is made.
3. To chiefs of regional customs authorities and customs in which the debt on customs payment which is subject to recognition hopeless to collection and write-off is considered (shortage), of penalty fee, percent to provide access to the Internet to data on the website of FNS of Russia to the officials of structural divisions responsible for accounting and control of its repayment.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
