Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 N 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 32, by Art. 3878; 2000, N 24, Art. 2587; 2002, N 11, Art. 1053; 2004, N 8, Art. 663; N 47, of Art. 4666; 2006, N 3, Art. 297; 2007, N 6, Art. 765).

1. Add Item 10 with the subitem "i" of the following content:
