"In the retail markets of electrical energy concerning the organization which according to the procedure of legal succession acquires in current period of regulation of the right and obligation of the territorial network organization, the power sales (power supplying) organization the rates established for the reorganized territorial network organization, the power sales (power supplying) organization without opening of case on establishment of rates, before approval are applied to the specified organization of rates in accordance with the established procedure.".
