About approval of the image and sample of the form of the visa issued in electronic procedure

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 8, 2011 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About departure from the country, entry into the country and passports" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 97-IVQD:

1. Approve "The image of the form of the visa issued in electronic procedure" (Appendix No. 1).

2. Approve "Sample of the form of the visa issued in electronic procedure" (Appendix No. 2).

3. This provision becomes effective from the date of signing.

The visa issued in electronic procedure (further - the electronic visa) which is issued by embassies and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic for entry into the Azerbaijan Republic and departure from the Azerbaijan Republic of foreigners and stateless persons, corresponds to the second part of the document 9303 ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). The electronic form of the visa has the A4 format.
