in view of the conventional principles and rules of international law,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. This Agreement determines procedure for movement by physical persons of cash and (or) monetary instruments through customs border of custom union.

2. The relations arising in connection with movement by physical persons of cash and (or) monetary instruments through customs border of custom union, which are not settled by this Agreement are regulated by other international treaties of custom union, and in case of their absence - the legislation of the Parties.

3. Provisions of this agreement do not govern the relations arising in connection with movement by physical persons through customs border of custom union of coins from the precious metals which are legal means of payment.

Article 2

1. For the purposes of this Agreement the following terms and their determinations are used:

"cash" - the bank notes in the form of banknotes and treasury notes, coins, except for coins from precious metals which are in circulation and being legal means of payment in state members of custom union or foreign states (group of foreign states) including withdrawn or withdrawn from circulation, but subject to exchange on the bank notes which are in circulation;

"monetary instruments" - travel checks, bills of exchange, checks (bank checks), and also the securities in documentary form certifying the obligation of the issuer (debtor) on payment of money in which person to whom such payment is performed is not specified.
