O modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government

For the purpose of regulation and streamlining of participation of vehicles in international movement the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1047 of November 8, 1999. "About transformation of the automated Car information retrieval system to the State register of transport and introduction of testing of cars and trail cars to them" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, No. 126-127, of the Art. 1113), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in appendix No. 1:

in the subitem е) Item 12 and the subitem d) Item 13 of the word "Department of Border Troops" shall be replaced with words "Border service";

c) of Item 44 to add the subitem with words at the end "which resolve participation in international movement of vehicles for execution of machine-readable registration certificates of these vehicles";

In paragraph three of Item 25 of the word "which operate vehicles in the territory of the republic" to exclude 2) in appendix No. 2.

2. In the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357 of May 13, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 92-93, of the Art. 409), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
