Bring in the Regulations on establishment of form of the visa, procedure and conditions of its registration and issue, prolongation of term of its action, its recovery in case of loss, and also procedure for cancellation of the visa approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2003 N 335 (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 24, Art. 2329; 2007, N 41, Art. 4903; 2010, N 10, Art. 1086; N 34, of Art. 4478; 2011, N 10, Art. 1409), following changes:

in Item 35.1:

"35.1. The repeated ordinary working visa is issued:

to the foreign citizen who is the highly qualified specialist and driving to the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of labor activity in this quality based on the invitation, diplomatic representation or consular establishment of the Russian Federation;

to the foreign citizen who is the highly qualified specialist and performing labor activity in this quality in the territory of the Russian Federation - territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service in the place of statement on migration registration in the place of stay of the foreign citizen.
