About release from payment of customs duties and taxes of airlines of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of temporary import (export) of aircrafts of civil aviation

To Exempt 1) from payment of customs duties and taxes of transaction of airlines of the Republic of Tajikistan on temporary import (export) of aircrafts of civil aviation according to lease agreements provided that temporarily imported aircraft is used by domestic person or it is registered behind domestic person and during the term of temporary import the property right to this aircraft does not pass to domestic person.

2) under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service execution of this resolution.

This resolution to enact 3) from the date of emergence of the specified rent relations on temporary import of aircrafts of civil aviation.
