About measures for strengthening of level of social security of the population and increase in the operating official pay rates of employees of budgetary institutions, the organizations, the sizes of pensions and grants

For the purpose of improvement of financial position and increase in level of social security of the population, according to Article 103 of the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" I decide:

1) Since September 1, 2011:

- increase the salary of directors of institutes and other organizations of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tajik academy of agricultural sciences, Academies of Education of Tajikistan and Academy of medical sciences of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan by time 3,3, and the salary of their workers, the Tajik National Conservatory of Talabkhudzha Sattorov for 100 percent;

- increase the salary of employees of Presidium of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tajik academy of agricultural sciences, Academies of Education of Tajikistan, Academy of medical sciences of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan and employees of other organizations of branches of science by 30 percent;

- increase the salary of the workers of industry of health care financed from the Government budget for 40 percent and establish the size of the basic salary for calculation of official pay rate of workers of industries of health care in the amount of 112 somoni;

- increase official pay rates of employees of the organizations, organizations of industries of social protection and the cultures financed from the Government budget by 40 percent;
