1. Add Article 11 with part six of the following content:

"Judges of the Supreme Court, the Supreme economic court, court of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional courts and court of the city of Dushanbe, city and district court, public vessels, economic court of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional economic courts, economic court of the city of Dushanbe shall know state language.".

2. Part the second Article 103 (1) after words "not more young 24 years", to add with the words "knowing state language".

3. In Article 134:
