About ensuring access to public information in the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine

For the purpose of creation of organization-legal conditions for realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" in the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Determine division concerning the organization of access to public information of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine (further - Division of the organization of access) department of ensuring work of the Chairman and vice-chairmen of court of the Office of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine.

3. To the chief of staff of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine instantly to resolve issue relatively:

- modification of regulations on structural divisions of the Office of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine, job descriptions;

- modification of regulations concerning document flow, including concerning documents which contain information with limited access, and also functioning of electronic databases;

- promulgation on the website of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine of information concerning realization of provisions of article 15 of the Law, in particular:

main functions of structural divisions;

vacancies, procedure and conditions of passing of tender on substitution of vacant positions;

list and conditions of provision of services, forms and samples of the documents necessary for provision of services, rules of their registration;

systems of accounting, types of information which is owned by the subject of powers of authority.

4. Provide to the press service creation and support in urgent condition of the Section of the official website of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine "Access to public information" according to the Law.
