1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry on reorganization of the state company "The experimental and technological station "Codrul" by accession (consolidation) of the state company "The experimental and technological station "Vierul" who becomes his legal successor.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry in a month:
