being guided by the Protocol on the organization of exchange of information on movement of goods and vehicles between customs authorities of state members of Eurasian economic community of December 19, 2001, the Agreement on single approaches to use of information technologies in activities of Customs Services of state members of Eurasian economic community of June 9, 2009 and the Agreement on the single principles of information exchange of Customs Services of state members of Eurasian economic community of June 9, 2009,

for the purpose of ensuring information security of interaction of the automated systems in case of control of general customs processes in state members of Eurasian economic community,

for the purpose of creation of conditions for acceleration and simplification of movement of goods and vehicles through the territories of state members of Eurasian economic community,

agreed with following:

Article 1.

1. For the purposes of this agreement the following terms and determinations are used:

"the electronic message" - the information transferred or received by the user of information and telecommunication network;

"information" - the information about persons, objects, facts, events, the phenomena and processes, irrespective of form of their representation;

"confidentiality of information" - obligatory for accomplishment by person who got access to certain information, the requirement not to transfer such information to the third parties without the consent of its owner and to provide protection of this information against unauthorized access.

2. The concepts which are not determined in this agreement are used in the values established by other international treaties of the states of the Parties.
