About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on export of oil products from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 15, 2011 No. 316

For the purpose of execution of the international obligations on re-export of separate types of goods, and also the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides supports of domestic producers:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on export of oil products from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 15, 2011 No. 316 the following amendment:

- in Item 1 after abbreviation and figures of "TNVED 2710193100 - 2710194900" to add with the words ", except for made in the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the measures for regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and strategic development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
