About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures of January 25, 2008

The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

according to article 15 of the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures of January 25, 2008 (further - the Agreement),

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

Article 2 of the Agreement to add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Features of technical regulation concerning the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, products (works, services) used for the purpose of protection of the data which are the state secret or carried to other information of limited access, products (works, services) protected according to the legislation of the states of the Parties, data on which are the state secret, products (works, services) and objects for which the requirements connected with ensuring nuclear and radiation safety in the field of use of atomic energy, design processes are established (including researches), production, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization, utilization, burials of the specified products and the specified objects are established by the legislation of the states of the Parties.".

Article 2.

The disputes between the Parties connected using or interpretation of provisions of the this Protocol, are permitted by consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Article 3.

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the third written notice of accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.
