1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for use and financial accounting of forms of the strict reporting by banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Determine that books of accounting of the forms of the strict reporting which are liable to destruction, under form 0402380167, made before entry into force of this resolution, are valid before their complete use without introduction of data on series and numbers of forms of the strict reporting in the corresponding graphs.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2009 No. 273 "About approval of the Instruction for use and financial accounting of forms of the strict reporting by banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 223, 8/21409).
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
