About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2011 No. 216

For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2011 "About measures for increase in efficiency of use of intellectual property items" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 216

1. Determine that by transfer under contracts of property rights for office works of science on which exclusive right belongs to the state legal entities or economic societies performing scientific and scientific and technical activities concerning whom the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares in authorized funds), can determine the decisions made by these economic societies remuneration in the amount of 40 percent of the means received under these agreements which remained at the disposal of the called organizations after tax payment, charges (duties) and other obligatory payments in the budget and state non-budgetary funds, according to the procedure and on the conditions defined by agreements between these organizations and authors or their legal successors is paid to authors of office works of science.

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of the state stimulation of creation and use of objects of the right of industrial property approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 1998 No. 368 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 7, Art. 171; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 53, 5/31313; 2011, No. 18, 5/33270):

2.1.1. to add part one of Item 6 with words "either other national or regional authority on protection of intellectual property";
