1. Bring in "Procedure for proper use of the means arriving from payments by physical persons and legal entities of penalties for violation of provisions of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on traffic", No. 60 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About questions of safety of traffic" of April 6, 1999 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 4, Article 267; 2001, No. 1, Article 70, No. 7, Article 512; 2003, No. 8, Article 460; 2005, No. 9, Article 855, No. 11, Article 1061; 2007, No. 10, Article 1013; 2008, No. 2, Article 116; 2010, No. 8, Article 764), following changes:

1.1. in subitem 2.1.6 to withdraw words "penal receipts,";

1.2. add Item 2.1-1 of the following content: "2.1-1. 25 percent from the means arriving from payments by physical persons and legal entities of penalties for violation of provisions of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on traffic are used for issue of allowances to the monthly salary of the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic performing traffic police and involved to traffic regulation.".
