Add to the first part of the resolution of the "About Procedure for Calculation of Length of Service for Appointment and Issue of Pensions to Faces of Officers, to Ensigns, Warrant Officers, the Military Personnel of Extra Urgent Service, Faces of the Commanding and Ordinary Structure of Law-enforcement Bodies, Justice, Customs, to Migration, Courier Communication and Their Families" Cabinet of Ministers of November 23, 1992 No. 631 the seventeenth paragraph of the following content: "The working life of the military personnel chosen from number of highly qualified specialists and accepted on military service in subjects of prospecting and counterintelligence activities before acceptance on military service joins in long-term service at the rate of two days in one day.".
