1. Approve Regulations on National anti-corruption committee it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

Articles 2 and 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 26, 2010 No. 275 "About formation of National anti-corruption committee";

Article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 26, 2010 No. 454 "Questions of national anti-corruption committee".

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Regulations on National anti-corruption committee

1. The national anti-corruption committee (further - Committee) is advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine.

2. The committee in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, and also this Provision.

3. The main tasks of Committee are:

1) preparation of offers concerning ensuring realization of single state policy in the field of prevention and anti-corruption;

2) implementation of systems analysis of condition of anti-corruption in Ukraine, efficiency of realization of anti-corruption strategy, actions which are used for prevention and anti-corruption;

3) development of offers concerning forming and realization of anti-corruption strategy and the anti-corruption actions directed, in particular, to enhancement of the legislation and elimination of the contradictions which are available in it;
