1. Transactions of purchase and sale of foreign currency are performed at the biddings of Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company, except for the transactions specified in Item 3 of this resolution.

Obligatory detail of requests of subjects of currency transactions for purchase of foreign currency at the biddings of "Belarusian Currency Stock Exchange" open joint stock company is the maximum buying rate of foreign currency on which these requests can be performed.

2. No. 446 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of RB National Bank of 17.10.2011

3. In the curb foreign exchange market the following transactions of kupliprodazha of foreign currency are performed:

purchase of foreign currency by banks from subjects of currency transactions in the amount no more lot, established at the exchange biddings, one of foreign currencies a day on each subject of currency transactions;

sale of foreign currency by banks to subjects of currency transactions in the amount no more lot, established at the exchange biddings, one of foreign currencies under each contract (the transaction, transaction), but no more lot, established at the exchange biddings, in day on each subject of currency transactions;
