1. Approve Regulations on Commonwealths of Independent States Commission on Human Rights it (is applied).

2. This Decision will become effective according to the additional decision of Council of heads of states.

It is made in the city of Moscow on September 24, 1993 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Archive of the Government of the Republic of Belarus which will send to the states which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
