1.1. These rules are prepared according to article 18.4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data" and establish rules of introduction of personal identification number in information systems of personal data and its use.
1.2. Personal identification number is the single unique code issued in accordance with the established procedure to person about whom personal data are entered into information systems of personal data, consisting of combination of letters and figures from seven symbols, allowing to establish unambiguously the relevant data on person.
