2. Submit Recommendations in parliaments of state members of EurAsEC, Integration Committee of EurAsEC and the Commission of custom union for use in work on harmonization of the national legal system and enhancement of the legal base of Community.

These offers on simplification of procedures of customs clearance and goods control and vehicles in state members of EurAsEC are developed for the purpose of implementation of international experience and standardization of the customs legislation of state members of EurAsEC on the basis of the analysis of the customs legislation of the European Union.
