2. Submit Recommendations in parliaments of state members of EurAsEC, Integration Committee of EurAsEC and the Commission of custom union for use in work on harmonization of the national legal system and enhancement of the legal base of Community.

State cooperation development - members of EurAsEC in the field of currency control and currency exchange control is one of significant questions in the course of harmonization of national legal systems of the countries of Community and forming of the Customs union and the Common economic space of Eurasian economic community that will allow to provide carrying out conversion transactions between national currencies, expansion of their application in mutual trade and economic relations of the countries.
The corresponding intentions are fixed in number of interstate contracts and agreements: About creation of Economic union (1993), About deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas (1996); in the statement of heads of the State Parties of the Customs union "About ten simple steps towards to simple people" (1998). The aspiration to create the total market of the capital is enshrined in the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space (1999).
