About Recommendations about harmonization of the legislation of the states of members of EurAsEC in the field of protection of atmospheric air (on the basis of the comparative and legal analysis of the national legal system)
The inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:
1. Approve the MPAS of EurAsEC provided by the Permanent commission on agro-industrial policy, environmental management and ecology of the Recommendation about harmonization of the legislation of state members of EurAsEC in the field of protection of atmospheric air (are applied).
2. Submit Recommendations in parliaments of state members of EurAsEC and Integration Committee of EurAsEC for use in work on harmonization of the national legal system and enhancement of the legal base of Community.

The carried-out comparative and legal analysis of the legislation of state members of EurAsEC in the field of protection of atmospheric air showed that the relations are in the field settled in all state members of EurAsEC sufficiently. In state members of EurAsEC special laws are adopted about protection of atmospheric air (except the Republic of Kazakhstan where these relations are governed by the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the orders of the Government and departmental regulatory legal acts, and also technical regulatory legal acts.
In state members of EurAsEC similar approaches to determination of the principles of protection of atmospheric air, circle of state bodies are applied, authorized to exercise state regulation and control in the field of protection of atmospheric air, to establishment of requirements in the field of protection of atmospheric air, to implementation of the state control in this area.
