About approval of changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government

Based on the Employment act of the population and social protection of persons which are in job search, No. 102-XV of March 13, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 70-72, of the Art. 312), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government to Approve changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 862 of July 14, 2003. "About approval of procedures for access to measures of employment of the population" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 155 - 158, Art. 911), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in Item 2 of the Resolution and in all text of appendices of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in the corresponding case;

in Item 3:

the paragraph one after the words "lack of the peasant economy registered according to the legislation" to add with the words "and/or the proof that is not the owner of the agricultural site";

word in paragraph four "the family doctor" shall be replaced with words "medical advisory consultations and territorial consultation of medical examination of viability";

introduce at the end the new paragraph of the following content:
