About Recommendations about harmonization of the legislation of the states of members of EurAsEC in the field of environmental assessment (on the basis of the comparative and legal analysis of the national legal system)
The inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:
1. Approve the MPAS of EurAsEC provided by the Permanent commission on agro-industrial policy, environmental management and ecology of the Recommendation about harmonization of the legislation of state members of EurAsEC in the field of environmental assessment (are applied).
2. Submit Recommendations in parliaments of state members of EurAsEC and Integration Committee of EurAsEC for use in work on harmonization of the national legal system and enhancement of the legal base of Community.

The carried-out comparative and legal analysis of the legislation of state members of EurAsEC on environmental assessment showed that the relations are in the field settled in all state members of EurAsEC by regulatory legal acts of rather high level. In state members of EurAsEC special laws are adopted about environmental assessment (except the Republic of Kazakhstan where Chapter in the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is devoted to these relations), and also number of the government and departmental regulatory legal acts which are in detail regulating procedure for conducting the state environmental assessment.
By results of the carried-out comparative and legal analysis it is offered to formulate the following recommendations about harmonization of the legislation of state members of EurAsEC in the field of environmental assessment.
1. Enter into the national legal system of state members of EurAsEC in the field of environmental assessment single conceptual framework, and also unify the terms which are already applied in it and their determinations.
