About the admission to operation of the state aircrafts

For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of article 36 of the Air code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the admission to operation of the state aircrafts.

2. This resolution does not cancel action of the documents which allowed the state aircrafts to operation to its introduction in force.

Upon termination of action of earlier issued documents the state aircraft is allowed to operation according to the Rules approved by this resolution.

Rules of the admission to operation of the state aircrafts

1. These rules establish procedure for the admission to operation of the state aircrafts.

2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:

a) the admission to operation of the state air sudnaprotsedur of the certificate of the validity of the state aircraft to operation;

b) the specifications and technical documentation - documentation containing set of requirements to the state aircraft, its production, control and acceptance;

c) the acceptance testing of the state air sudnaispytaniye performed for quality evaluation of the state aircraft;

d) producer - the organization participating in accomplishment of the state order on the basis of the agreement (contract) with the state customer;

e) the form of the state aircraft - the document containing the data certifying guarantees of the producer, value of key parameters and characteristics (properties) of product, data reflecting technical condition of this product, data on certification and on utilization of product and also data entered in this document during operation of the state aircraft (duration and working conditions, maintenance, repair and other data);
