The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on patent and other fees for making of the legally significant actions connected with the patent for the invention, useful model, industrial design, with state registration of the trademark and service mark, with state registration and provision of exclusive right on the name of the place of goods origin, and also with state registration of transition of exclusive rights to other persons and agreements on the order these rights, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 10, 2008 N 941 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 51, the Art. 6170).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization.

Changes which are made to Regulations on patent and other fees for making of the legally significant actions connected with the patent for the invention, useful model, industrial design with state registration of the trademark and service mark, with state registration and provision of exclusive right on the name of the place of goods origin, and also with state registration of transition of exclusive rights to other persons and agreements on the order these rights

1. In Item 1 of the word "and reduction of their sizes" shall be replaced with words ", reduction of their sizes, delay of their payment or return".

2. Declare Item 2 invalid.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.09.2017 No. 1151

4. State Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The document confirming payment of the duty provided by subitems 1.9 and 2.5 of appendix to this Provision is submitted along with the document confirming payment of the duty provided respectively by subitems 1.3 and 2.3 of appendix to this Provision.

The document confirming payment of the duty provided by subitem 2.4 of appendix to this Provision is submitted along with the document confirming payment of the duty provided by subitems 2.1 or 2.2 of appendix to this Provision.".

5. In paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "2 months from the date of receipt by the applicant of the decision on patent grant (but no later than 4 months from decision date)" shall be replaced with words "4 months from the date of the direction of the decision on patent grant".

6. In Item 9:

"The document confirming payment of the corresponding duty is submitted no later than 1 month after additional term.";

"15. The applicant - person, being small business entity, pays 50 percent of the established size of the duties provided by subitems 1. 1, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.14 and

1.15.1.1 - 1.15.1.3 appendices to this Provision.".

9. Add Item 17 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Provision of the right to payment of duties in the reduced size according to Item 15 of this provision is performed in case of submission of the documents confirming compliance of the applicant (patentee) to criteria by the established Federal Law "About Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation".".

10. In Item 18 of the word "Items 12 - 15" shall be replaced with words "Items 12 - 15 and 20".

11. To state appendix to the specified Provision in the following edition:
