About enhancement of state regulation of the prices of medicines and products of medical appointment which are bought at the expense of means state and local budgets

For the purpose of ensuring effective use of means state and local budgets on purchase of medicines and products of medical appointment and according to part three of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the prices and pricing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) since September 1, 2011:

wholesale selling prices are subject to registration on:

- the medicines included in the list of medicines of national and foreign production which can buy institutions and healthcare institutions which are fully or partially financed from state and local budgets, No. 1071 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 5, 1996 "About procedure for purchase of medicines by institutions and healthcare institutions which are financed from the budget" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 17, the Art. 480), except narcotic and psychotropic medicines, precursors, active ingredients (substances), medical gases and dosage forms which are produced in drugstores according to recipes of doctors (the main formulas) and to order treatment-and-prophylactic institutions from allowed for use acting and excipients (further - medicines);
