About entering of amendment and change into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736 the following amendment and change:

- add with Item 1.1. following content:

"1.1. To the ministry of natural resources of the Kyrgyz Republic to declare carrying out by the Tender committee of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of tender on mineral right for the purpose of development of the mineral deposits specified in Items 2, of 6, of 9, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 26, of 27, of 28, of 31, of 32, of 34, of 36, of 37, of 38, of 39, of 40, of 41, of 46, of 49, of 52, 53 Lists of the mineral deposits distributed on tender and the size of the bonuses approved by this resolution and also on the gold Togolok field.;

- in the List of the mineral deposits distributed on tender and the size of the bonuses approved by the above-named resolution:

Items 10, of 17, of 22, of 24, of 25, of 33, of 35, of 45, of 47, of 50, of 60, 66 and 67 to recognize invalid.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of fuel and energy complex and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
