About cancellation of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 7, 2008 No. 573

For the purpose of observance by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of the legislation on state registration of regulatory legal acts and in pursuance of the resolution of the Kiev Appeal administrative court in the matter of No. 2a-5748/10/2670 of 30.06.2011 I order:

1. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 07.10.2008 No. 573 "About streamlining of use of forms of the strict reporting", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.11.2008 for No. 1069/15760 (with changes).

2. Department of the treatment-and-prophylactic help (Hobzey M. K.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Kalishenko G. M.

This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
