Article 1

The parties within this agreement perform cooperation in forms:

a) approvals of annual work plans SMO DKB and SMO of the CIS, plans of implementation of decisions of Council of collective security, the Council of Ministers of Defense of the State Parties of DKB and Council of heads of states (Council of Heads of Government), the Council of Ministers of Defense of the states - members of the CIS, and also other planned actions which are of mutual interest;

b) carrying out joint sittings of SMO DKB and SMO of the CIS;

c) approvals of the measures directed to implementation of the agreements signed within the Agreement on collective security and the Commonwealth of Independent States concerning military-political, military and military and technical cooperation;

d) participations of agents of the parties in the meetings, meetings of working and expert groups, other events held by working bodies of SMO DKB and SMO of the CIS for the questions which are of mutual interest;
