in view of the urgent need of interaction and cooperation for the purpose of enhancement of military and technical cooperation and military patriotic education of youth, training of specialists for Armed Forces and personnel of mass technical professions in format of the CSTO,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties coordinate efforts and interact in work on enhancement of system of training of specialists of mass technical professions for Armed Forces, to development of military and applied sports, military patriotic education of youth.

Article 2

The parties perform cooperation at the expert level on preparation of the draft documents which are of mutual interest.

For this purpose the Parties encourage mutual consultation and working meetings, and also carrying out the joint sittings and meetings on questions entering competence of the Secretariat of the CSTO and POCTO (DOSAAF).

Article 3

The parties regularly prepare joint reports for authorized bodies of the CSTO for specific activities in state members of the CSTO on the questions listed in Article of 1 this Protocol.

Article 4

The parties regularly communicate, including with use of computer facilities and electronic means of communication, on the questions which are of mutual interest.
