The anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - ATTs of the CIS) and the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further - the Secretariat of the CSTO), hereinafter referred to as with the Parties,
being guided by the purposes and tasks following from fundamental documents of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the CIS) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further the CSTO) in the field of fight against the international terrorism and extremism,
according to Regulations on ATTs of the CIS of December 1, 2000 with changes and additions made on November 28, 2006 and Regulations on the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of April 28, 2003,
proceeding from mutual interest of the Parties in increase in level of cooperation in the field of fight against the international terrorism and extremism,
agreed as follows:
1. The parties are established and support systematic exchange of information of open nature:
- about the international terrorist and extremist organizations posing threats of collective security to gosudarstvamuchastnik of the CIS and to state members of the CSTO;
- about condition and tendencies of development of situation in Central Asia and adjacent regions developing under the influence of the international terrorist and extremist organizations;
- about holding the anti-terrorist actions requiring the approved (joint) actions of the Parties;
- about joint actions for preparation of anti-terrorist divisions;
- about the legal acts, and also the signed international treaties raising the questions of fight against the international terrorism and extremism developed and accepted in the State Parties of the CIS and state members of the CSTO;
- about the work plans which are of mutual interest and the decisions made by the Parties.
2. The parties exchange: - information and analytical materials concerning fight against the international terrorism and extremism;
