About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 262 of March 7, 2008.
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 262 of March 7, 2008. "About administration of the tariff quotas on commodity export to the European Union" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, of the Art. 328), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1) in the text of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case;
2) Regulations on administration of the tariff quotas on commodity export to the European Union:
in Items 5, of the 25 and 27 word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics";
in Items 6, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 13, of 16, 26 and in appendix No. 3 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "The licensed chamber";
in Item 28 of figure "2012" to replace with figures "2015";
state appendix No. 1 in the following edition:
