Approve changes and additions made to the Order No. 117 of November 20, 2007 on informing on activities or the transactions falling under operation of the Law No. 190-XVI of July 26, 2007 on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing registered by the Ministry of Justice at No. 577 of December 14, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 198-202/731 of December 21 2007), and in the Order No. 118 of November 20, 2007 on statement of the Guide on doubtful transactions or activities which fall under operation of the Law No. 190-XVI of July 26, 2007 on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing registered by the Ministry of Justice at No. 526 of December 14, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 203-206/741 of December 28 2007) (are applied).
